2025 Annual Picnic and Board meeting

Please join us for a day of fun in the sun. Or in the shade. Your choice.  There is a large fenced in area with plenty of room for dogs and uprights to play off leash. There is also an on-leash area.

Location: 20 Tobacco Street, Lebanon, CT  06249

Time: 10:30am  – 3:30pm

Registration: $10 per person (no charge for children)

Sign Up: If you plan to attend, please let us know at picnic@neoesr.org or fill out the form below. It’s ok if you show up without signing up or sign up and do not come. We are just looking for a rough head count.

Food: We will have hamburgers, veggie burgers and hotdogs, chips, green salad and pasta salad, and dessert ($10 ea, $5 for children). 

If you would like to bring something, such as a dessert, contact picnic@neoesr.org. 

Activities: This year’s picnic site has a large fenced play area with plenty of room for dogs and their people to run and play as well as an on-leash area.  We are planning a doggie hat contest. Use your imagination and participate.  We will also have someone coming to offer CGC (Canine Good Citizen).

We also plan to have a raffle table.

The Parade of Rescues will recognize OES rescues from the last year.  

Are you interested in what is going on with New England Old English Sheepdog Rescue?  We will have a Board meeting. 

Volunteers: We need volunteers to help with set up, parking, cooking, selling raffle tickets, clean up, etc. If you would like to volunteer, please contact picnic@neoesr.org
