Henley (the new four-legged educator)
owned
by Judy and Andrew West

Henley among his fan base at Frankford High School in Philadelphia. They
loved his story and were happy for him that he now has a good life. Many
of these kids felt quite differently about adopting/loving and the importance
of nurturing a pet after this book tour. These kids learn that they must
be the
voice for these dear, sweet animals who cannot speak for themselves
and the students are encouraged by Henley's story to call whenever or
where ever they see animal neglect or abuse

Henley sitting next to his "For the Friends of Henley" contribution
carton -- students bring in needed items for their local animal rescue
and then when it's full, the rescue picks it up and send a thank you
to all of the kids!
