Chelsea sends you Holiday Wishes on this snowy day!

At age thirteen-plus, she is still hanging in there - and of course still a good girl (especially with Santa coming soon.

However according to "Chelsea's Rules", we need to relax some guidelines for our senior citizens. In her own words: "Why not do my business on the deck? - There's SNOW there, for barking out loud!! And why should I have to get out of bed to have a drink of water? - You humans don't!"
